My fitness pal goals - please help

Hey guys,I recently noticed today that MFP has changed my intake goals. For example it has upped my carb intake from 150 to 175 and fat from 40 to 53 without me changing anything. Any reasons why this would be ? Anyone have any recommendations for how many grams of each I should be getting?

    Did you log exercise today? That would be the only reason your calories/macros go up.
