What is the motivation you visualise when you're fitter/healthier/slimmer
I always visualise me getting under 2 hours in my half marathon in April. And in my little black dress feeling good when I see my old work friend in a couple months ( now weight goal in mind just nroe toned and feeling lighter ) How about you ? Will find it inspiring/interesting to hear others!

Kickstarting a plateu stage
I've been doing really well with my weightloss. It's been incredibly slow averaging 0.5 to 0.75 pound aweek over the past few months. Maybe a silly question: when you hit maintenance can you still have refeed/ cheat days?
I'm thinking when I hit maintenance il one in the habit of having that cheat day a week - would you obviously gain weight so need to learn a new behaviour ? Or could you go slightly under maintenance all week for your cheat day ? Sorry if this seems silly.

Advice on my 1200 calorie mission

Looking to get to 9 stone (1and a bit to lose!)
Hello! I'm back on my fitness pal. I currently weigh 10 stone 4, and looking to get to 9 stone . No real time frame but just going to stick to 1200 calories with no exercise currently. I think after a month I'll up my calories to 1500 to make the rate slower and sustainable. I'm 5ft5! anyone with similar goals?
