So I got one of those digital calorie counters you wear on your waist. Anyone know how accurate those really are? I'm kind of excited to wear it to see just how much activity I do in a regular day.

So I just signed up for weight watchers, I have about 30 pounds to lose. I think i'm going to do weight watchers in conjunction with myfitnesspal. Slim Fast Diet
Anyone had any luck on the slim fast diet? i am trying it for a week or so to kick start my weight loss through the holidays in between "bad" days of holiday eating. Then in Jan will start weight watchers. But curious as to other's experiences with Slim Fast.

Walking for exercise
What do you think is a reasonable amount of time to walk each day if looking to enhance my weight loss? I do an hour each day over lunch but also try to do another hour in the evening at least 3 times a week.

hi new to fitness pal starting diet
Hi, I'm new to fitness pal and just restarting my diet. Wanting to lose 23 pounds. I am starting off with slim fast for a week or 2, come Jan I will be joining weight watchers! Excited to see progress!
