I thought the materials my first WW meeting gave me were excellent, great meal ideas to mix and match. I pretty much count calories though not points, so I like myfitnesspal for that.

walked 5.5 miles today broke it up did an hour at lunch, and an hour at the gym after work. I usually walk for 60 minutes everyday at a slow pace over the lunch hour, but try to get in at least an hour in the evening 3plus times a week with a minimum of 4 miles a day. Now I just need to diet to see results!

I used to run when I was younger but now prefer walking. I know it takes longer to walk to burn the same amount of calories as running, but I enjoy walking and do it up to twice a day for an hour each time.
