How many times per week do you hit the gym?

I go twice a week, but I also run so I exercise 4-5 days a week. My Saturday mornings are my biggest day, because it's when I do my long run followed by the gym.0
-
3-5 days weekly for 1-1.5 hours per session.
I don't always do cardio, but when I do, it's in the basement while watching movies.0 -
Current cycle is 6 days a week, between 1-3 hours a session, all strength.0
-
I usually go 5 or 6x a week alternating cardio and strength or combining them. For the past six weeks I've been maintaining at 3x a week due to a broken leg, by working out at home and combining strength and cardio.0
-
3-4 depends if I combine any days0

3x weekly to lift. I do everything else outside of the gym. My best workouts are on the weekends.0
-
6 days a week. 90 mins to 2 hours on Saturday0

I don't go to the gym, but work out 6 days a week. My weekends are sports and a long run. I consider the weekend like the weekdays, where I have a workout that has to be done, just like chores.0
-
Not so much lately due to weather (working out at home instead). Usually 3-4 for weights and swimming.0
-
Every day. On rare occasions, I will workout at home, but I do something every day.0
-
I work out at home five days a week and usually add in a day of hiking, skiing or some other outdoor activity on the weekend.0

Probably 4-7 days a week for 1 1/2 -3 hrs, I love it! For swimming, water running, cardio machines, circuit training, and for zumba, cardio kickboxing, step, spin, trx and aqua classes. If I don't go/can't use workout dvds, jump rope, and /or go walk/run/bike outside.0

3 days of weightlifting and two taekwondo classes, but the taekwondo is more for enjoyment than fitness as it doesn't get my heart rate up.

Four-days a week, seventy-five minutes a piece to defeat this guy.
I do it not for myself, but for humanity.0 -
3 times a week. I just joined a gym this month. Looking at the other responses I may need to go an extra day.0

I run four times per week, cycle four times per week and do three bodyweight resistance sessions. Generlly Thursday is the rest day.0

6 days a week. 3 strength training days. 3 kickboxing days. I take Sundays off. Been doing this for 10 weeks straight and it has changed my life.0
-
Three days minimum (strength training days). Now that it's cold and I can't walk outside as much anymore, I'm adding another two in for cardio, and trying to get in a sixth day for HIIT, but I'm usually so exhausted after work that I'm not ready until they close.0

3 usually- but sometimes 4.0

4 days a week

I am starting the gym again now that it's dark outside after work. I used to exercise outside in the summer, but am starting with 3 days a week at the gym walking, my weekends are usually full so it's hard to get to the gym, but I also walk for an hour each day over my lunch hour. May add in a class or two or start doing some weight machines after my hour of walking/cardio.

Will be going Mon-Thurs0
