Any online members who want to pick a day to report their weigh in here?
I'm doing online group and got on the scale today for first time. I hear Wednesday's are usually the best day of the week to weigh in. Any one want to help pick a day and report here on their weight change from last week (ex. Up 1/2 pound, down 1 pound YEAH!, Stayed same)
