I lost at least 25 or more pounds back in 2005 with TOPS. I moved and weight crept up after I stopped TOPS and had longer commute. Just rejoined TOPS as an online member.

I haven't been diagnosed but pretty sure I have it too. I have all hardwood floors and we used to not wear shoes in house. I would suffer for days after I swept and mopped floors in bear feet. I have a new pair of tennis shoes that I only wear indoors. It has made a big difference,

I hope you are enjoying TOPS. I lost probably 25+ pounds with TOPS a decade ago. I gained it all back after we moved. I'm now a TOPS online member.
