i have lost 43 pounds but i'm losing motivation. I have stopped exercising completely. I am not eating regular meals and over snacking by a ton of calories ( i had 800 calories of snacks yesterday). MFP inaccurate?
According to multiple BMR calculators on the Internet my BMR is 2301. This means that I have to eat 1300 calories a day to lose 2 pounds a week. According to MFP that number is 1896. So which one is correct? I am 6'1, 274.4 lbs , and 19 years old

why am i stuck at 297
I am a 6'1 male stuck at 297. I burn 500 calories a day for 3 days a week and eat 1500-2000. The app says im 4,000 under my weekly goal but im not losing any weight. Any ideas guys? My goal is to loose 3 pounds a week and my goal weight is 250. The app recomends i eat 2060 but i eat less then that.
