Help with understanding MFP and Fitbit HR, do I need to add workout?
OK. So I have the fitbit Charge HR and have the calorie adjustment on. When I go to MFP exercise area it just showed "Fitbit calorie adjustment 86". I know I burned more than that in my workout, it shows on FitBit dashboard.... so does that mean I have to manually add my workout to MFP everyday? Help me! :blush:
Need accountability partners!
I'm 34, married, mother of 2. Full time job with an hour commute each way, from TX. Life is busy, and today I decided to delete my facebook *gasp* to free up more focus on my fitness. I need some accountability friends though :)
