Sodium intake
Hi from a newbie, I am not a fan of SALT, so lean towards sodium-reduced items. After tallying today's food diary, I see that my sodium intake is HALF the recommended amount. My blood pressure is always really good, and I don't want that to change. Should I try to up my daily sodium intake?

Pie chart for Carbs/Protein/Fats
