Walking at work
I work at Walmart. I'm on my feet all day. I have my phone with me all day tracking and I walk an average of 5 1/2-6 miles a day. How much of this can I use as exercise or should I leave it out all together?

In need of friends who will keep me motivated and entertained!! I have a bunch of weight to loose and I just can't seem to keep on track. :( I lost a bunch of weight (85 lbs) and then got pregnant with my son and gained a bunch back. That was 5 years ago so now I have no excuse!! Please add me.

I have used MFP in the past, and I lost 65 lbs. I finally met my goal and got pregnant. I have put almost all the weight back on. I just started a total transformation class at the YMCA. I could really use some motivating friends to keep me going. Let's hold each other accountable and cheer each other on!!
