question about activity level
I have a sit down job, systems admin. However I do 2 miles on the elliptical 2x a day and walk 5 miles a day on the weekend. These are on average. 2 days a week I replace one of the elliptical runs with racquetball. What should I put down as my activity level?

elliptical estimate, how acurate.
So I started doing 2 2 mile elliptical rules daily, one at 6 am and the other at 11 am. The machine reads about 370 calories burned, but does not take into account my weight/age, mfp lists 700 calories. Which should I follow?
