Calories for strength training?
I’ve been working out with a trainer a couple times a week. Half hour. Weights, lunges, squats, a bit of HIIT thrown in the mix. I’m 5’7” and 155. Any thoughts on how many calories burned to enter for it??

Just joined... any advice for WW converts?
I lost 35 pounds on WW Points + and have gained 15 since they switched to SP. I can't do a diet that punishes you for sweet treats. But I know "not all calories are created equal" so any advice as I begin to get used to counting calories and not just points?

Need help figuring out calories burned
I have been doing Beachbody's Slim in Six workout--the half hour version. I'm 145, 5'7" and 150 pounds. How many calories should I log as burned??
