WHAT IF I AM UNDER MY CALORIE GOAL EVERYDAY AND EAT A LOT OF STUFF ONE DAY AND THEN AGAIN BEGIN THE SAME ROUTINE. WILL IT AFFECT MY DIET PLAN OR FAT BURNING PLAN? ACTUALLY I HAVE TO ATTEND A ANNUAL PARTY. SO THAT'S WHY I AM CONCERNED.
