Staying consistent
Here's to keeping track and being consistent with tracking and logging in my meals daily. Especially with my work-outs. I work really hard and give my it my all. Soooo....discussions on the message board should help me to be accountable. :) Have a good day everyone!

HIIT
I am really getting to like the HIIT cardio more and more. Since I've been here in Riverside I've noticed the energy and commitment of the herbalifers here. Love them! But the HIIT workouts take me back to Team GenFit and Swanston Park. Does anyone know if this app has challenges?
