Staying consistent

Here's to keeping track and being consistent with tracking and logging in my meals daily. Especially with my work-outs. I work really hard and give my it my all. Soooo....discussions on the message board should help me to be accountable. :) Have a good day everyone!

    I agree, staying consistent is my biggest problem. So far so good though. I've tried MFP before but gave up. This time I'm determined to get a heath BMI
