Eating healthier + basic workout = gaining inches??
I've been eating pretty well these last 10 days or so, and doing the 30 day shred and 6 week six pack level 1's. I wasn't expecting much of a difference with the measurements but I didn't think I would gain some. I went up 1.5 in my waist? How does that even happen in ten days? Any suggestions to make the inches go down…

logging exercise?
So I was thinking of starting either the 30 day shred or six week six pack and was wondering how would I log it? Or how many calories or carbs each workout burns so I will know how much I need to eat in any given day so I don't eat to little (daily goal + eating back whatever I burn) any help would be appreciated thanks!

30 day shred?
How much should I account calorie and carb wise for the 30 day shred? I notice it isn't listed in exercises from what I could find, so I wondered how much it burns for each level and/day for calorie goals?
