Friends with body fat % goals
Hello all! My goals aren't necessarily to lose kg, but I am trying to get my body fat down from 38% to 26%. I weigh 55kg with a bmi of 22 so keen so stay where I am and firm up the old bingo wings and belly, while learning to eat more healthy. Anyone with me?

Ready-made polenta - now what?
I went looking for polenta the other day in an attempt to find low-carb alternatives to rice etc. for dinner. My supermarket only had ready made, which is a rather un-appetising looking yellow rubbery brick. The instructions are to slice and heat to serve. Anyone any ideas as to what I could serve it with?

Losing from hips
Hi all I know it's impossible to spot reduce fat however all I need to do is lose a few inches round my hips, so while I'm concentrating on overall weightloss, can anyone recommend any exercises that slim the hips and bum? Thanks xx
