Breakfast: nothing π Mid-morning: Bacon buttie on a white roll, black coffee Lunch: nothing π± Dinner: back on track with homemade chilli con carne (5% fat beef mince),β¦

I went to lots of different fitness classes and chose the trainer at my gym that was most engaging and motivating. He's also really pro-active with developing himself, taking courses, becoming really strong in certain key areas, and that's reassuring to show he's in it for the long haul. I got to know him first to makeβ¦

I agree! I wouldn't be able to 'diet'if I was depriving myself, portion control (and self control!!) is key!

Hi there, there are lots of comments here that I haven't got through but just thought I'd throw in my tuppence. I think if you swapped the PB/Jelly for two poached eggs once your hens start laying that will make a huge difference. The PB&J are full of sugar which doesn't get you anywhere. The eggs will also give you energyβ¦

Haha that's me!! I'm totally addicted :) there are worse things :)

Agreed, I'd much rather be physically tired than mentally tired. I had much more energy finishing work after 8 hours running about than I do now!

I sit for 8-10 hours a day in an office. When I was a student and working in retail I was on my feet constantly and yes - "jogging/running" up and down stairs to get stuff for customers. Not to mention all the lifting and carrying when accepting deliveries! I didn't realise it at the time but I would love it if I were onβ¦

This weekend I off my fitbit, didn't log ANY meals and had an entire dominos pizza, a huge chinese takeaway and a bottle of white wine to myself in the space of 24 hrs. It was bliss.

Mine disappear altogether!!!!! :s

What type of stuff do you eat? BBC Good Food is a great site for recipes

Baked polenta fries with tomato and garlic dipping sauce. Yum!

That sounds amazing!!
-
I did see a recipe somewhere for pizza crust, I'll try and find it
-
Thanks all, looking forward to experimenting :)

Sounds yum. I put spices in pretty much everything I eat, my fav combo is cumin, ground coriander and paprika. It just gives a little kick to otherwise plain soups, sauces or couscous.
-
P.S. I like your style! :)

Macgurlnet, foreversunshine, you've hit the nail on the head. It's the word "cheat" that is making me feel guilty. From now on I'll just call it "meal" lol.
-
A cheat meal is a weekly/monthly meal where you eat whatever you want without feeling guilty. The idea is to help with motivation, so psychologically you don't resent being so strict all the time. A personal trainer friend of mine recommended this. Malibu, I do do well with my meals so they are varied and tasty but at 1200β¦
