Anyone under 5' tall and struggling to get the weight off
I am 4'10.25" and 160 pounds. My goal is to get down to 130 pounds. How many calories are you consuming. I am on 1200 and don't eat back my exercise calories and still struggle to loose the weight with walking 7 days a week and basic muscle toning exercises...any success stories?

Why am I more hungry when I eat oatmeal for breakfast
Does anyone else have this problem? If I eat oatmeal for breakfast, I am starving 2 hours later. but if I eat a low carb, high protein breakfast (like crustless quiche) it takes me all the way to lunch.

Overnight oatmeal in a jar???????
Has anyone tried these. Do they actually taste good? I see them all over Pinterest and wonder if it is worth the effort to make them.

Having trouble kicking the Mich Ultra during the week
I really enjoy the taste of beer, but realize in order to lose weight I need to limit the Mich Ultra to weekend only. My husband turned our old fridge into a keg-o-rater, and it seems to haunt me during the week nights. Having just 1 or 2 makes me fall off my weekday meal plan. How do you fight the cravings....
