Gained weight after back surgery
Just returning to MFP. I'm 5'3" and 158 lbs. I had back surgery last year at the age of 46. The weight I've gained isn't helping. I'm on my feet all day so by the time I get home my back hurts. I have a gym membership but I'm afraid to do anything other than walk. If anyone has any advice I would love to hear from you.…
