Happy Valentines Day! My weigh in is from yesterday because I am no where near a scale for the next few days. 149! I'm down 11 pounds since I started. Looking forward to the next challenge. Thank you to all my new friends for your support.

Buy one you like and in the size you want to be at. Hang it some where you can see it every day. Great motivation. Heck even try it on and take a picture. If your losing weigh and working out take a pick every week so you can see the difference you progress is making.

I always want something sweet after I eat. My trick is to indulge but not over indulge. I get out my serving of whatever and put the rest back in the cabinet. I then go to another room and stay away from the kitchen.

I can't wait to weigh in for the challenge. I also weigh myself every day. I'm working on getting a pedometer. Right now I'm using my cell phone to keep track of my steps. It really helps . I'm at my lowest weight in over 3 years and I'm excited.

I do 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 0.5 oz shredded cheese. Beat eggs together and cook like your doing an omelette. When you flip add cheese and fold. Top with a little salsa. Low in calories and full of flavor. Approx 160 cal.

LOL I was going to suggest deskexercise. Sounds like walking at lunch is really helping. Maybe you can squeeze in a workout DVD from home.

I'm 5'3" and currently at 158 lbs. My goal is 140. Anything after that is a huge bonus!. Please feel free to add me. I log my meals everyday. I even log my little bit of exercise. Good luck everyone

I didn't do as well as I had hoped this week. I do great at work and then struggle once I get home. I'm eating out of boredom not hunger. Ugh!

Don't lose your willpower. Think of how far you've come already. I'm sure you feel better with those extra pounds gone. I'm not sure how far you have to go but 25 pounds is a great achievement.
