Week 2 reassurance
So I re-started MFP after the new year....yes yes I know. I am 5"8 and 187lbs, I would like to be 147 -154 lbs. Hi all I had a couple of weeks off MFP due to an exam, gained a couple of pounds - could have been worse. Got back on it this week and hit it hard - lots of meal prep and bought a bike so I could cycle to the gym. All this week I stuck to 1700 cals, did 5 gym sessions (crossfit) and cycled >40km. Moving my rest day from today to tomorrow (lift 4 times a week but started running too - will move tomorrow's lifting session to today and run tomorrow). Absolutely exhausted.
