I will not give up, I will keep trying to be healthy! I'm 5'8 and need to loose 50 pounds, maybe more... will see. I work full time, have a family and just need to get rid of the extra weight my butt has put on over the last couple of years. Let's encourage each other to do better in 2019! No more excuses!
