Need to drop 100lbs!
I'm currently on a journey to lose 100lbs! I was down 27lbs but then I stopped logging my food and exercise and gained most of it back. Now I am back and ready to tackle this, would love more support and motivation friends!

Tired of being the reason I fail, I'm ready to be the reason I succeed!
Ok once again I am getting back into my routine! Lost 30lbs from Sept 2015 to Nov 2015, then the holidays came and big surprise I got lazy and kept telling myself you lost 30lbs go ahead and reward yourself (do not reward yourself with food your not an animal) and I did and I gained 10lbs back.... Why do I keep doing this…

fell off the wagon once again :(
Well I was doing so great I lost almost 30lbs. Then a couple months ago I fell down my stairs and fractured my foot. I could not go to them gym so apparently in my mind that meant I could eat what ever I want. Well that back fired! I have gained all but 5lbs back. But today is a new day and I am back on track! Need more…

losing weight and feeling great!
Well so far I am down 19.6lbs (many more to go ) normally this is about the time I give up and go back to eating whatever I want! But I am proud to say that I don't even have the urge to quit! I am no longer going to be the reason I fail, I am now the reason I will succeed!

Determined to be healthy!
Hi I'm am currently at the heaviest I have ever been 304.6lbs and I am not happy about it. I have used MFP before but am new to the community. I usually do amazing for about a month then if I have a bad day I give up. I recently stated a weightless blog on Instagram with my best friend so we could share progress and help…
