I have about 120lbs to lose. I had lost 27lbs then I took a break from mfp and gained most back. Well I am back and ready to get rid of this weight! Would love more friends for motivation and support, anyone feel free to add me!

I need to lose about 120lbs so I understand. I have lost 18.6 in about 5 weeks. I started doing diet bets, they have an app for it and I find that it motivates me because I either workout and watch what I eat, lose the 4%body fat in 4 weeks or lose my money. I also am starting over! I do really good for a few months and then if I have one bad day I just think I ruined all my hard work and give up. I know I can do this and I need to stop with all my excuses and keep it up. Here's to no longer being the reason I fail but being the reason I succeed!

I am a beginner at running also! I have been using the C25K trainer to help with my running. I find that when I "think" I need more food/snacks (which I don't ) I drink more water, it seems to help fill me up. I have been drinking around 150oz a day.

I need to lose about 80lbs. I am also doing the C25K I am currently on week 3! I have dropped 19.6lbs so far and am excited to keep it up!

I'm in the same boat! But I am proud to say that I am down 19.6lbs. I have many more to lose but its a start! MFP is great to get motivated and I love connecting with other people who are also needing to lose lots of weight!

I know how you feel, I am 32 years old and when I started my life style change at the beginning of the year I was 307lbs, I have dropped 14.4lbs and have many more to go. I have always been a chocoholic so that was my biggest struggle. Feel free to add me if you want, we can encourage each other.
