On the verge of a bad day.
I'm back after a lot of gains and stress and life stuff (both good and bad) that put more weight on. I've had a great 5 days, dropping about 3 lbs (mostly that first days of tracking water weight). First off, I am not going to get on the scale. It makes me obsessive and crazy. But if I had to guess, honestly, I would probably say I am around 230 lbs (5'5") right now.
