I’ve got MFP connected to my Apple Watch and noticed that the number of steps showing on MFP has been about 1500 more than what my Apple Watch and Apple health app are showing over the last week. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
I have read a few articles in MFP about enabling negative calorie adjustment, but when I go to diary settings I cannot find the option that would allow me to enable that feature.
