Enabling Negative Calorie Adjustment

I have read a few articles in MFP about enabling negative calorie adjustment, but when I go to diary settings I cannot find the option that would allow me to enable that feature. Is this located in a different area now or is this a feature that is no longer available? My app is synced to my Apple Watch, so it is giving me calories for steps, but I don’t see an option for the negative calorie adjustment anywhere.

    For me I had to log in via a web browser (even on a phone) because the app doesn’t give the option to change that setting.
