30 Day Shred - is it good? any results?
Due to busy family schedule this week, I'm unable to get to the gym so I bought this hoping it's a good one to get a workout in those days I can't go. Anyone have success with this? I wish I could afford a Shaun T Insanity type but this was more in the price range I have right now. Thanks y'all. :)
