Should I eat less on an extra lazy, woke-up-very-late day?
Hi! I have days when I get up very late (11am-ish), just go out to buy groceries and am a complete couchpotato. Should I lower my calorieintake on that day? Lets say my usual aim is 1500 calories, how much less should I take in? Of course it would be wise to NOT have these days, but it happens! Thanks for the advice!
