Should I eat less on an extra lazy, woke-up-very-late day?

Hi!
I have days when I get up very late (11am-ish), just go out to buy groceries and am a complete couchpotato. Should I lower my calorieintake on that day? Lets say my usual aim is 1500 calories, how much less should I take in?
Of course it would be wise to NOT have these days, but it happens!
Thanks for the advice!

I eat based on my activity. On days like today when I'm not doing much, other than errands and groceries, I may eat less, just because I'm not too hungry. I always hit 1,200 minimum, but if I'm not hungry, I don't force it. My goal is 1,400-1,500 a day, so it's generally 100-200 calories less on days where I'm not up and about.0

Usually when I do less, I'm less hungry anyways so on those days, I feel like I eat less as well. Go based on hunger signals. That's how I've been maintaining for the past four months.0

I eat less on days that, for whatever reason, I am less hungry. I eat a little more on other days when I am hungrier to make up for it. I basically aim for a weekly calorie total, and like each day to fluctuate within a certain range. This helps me not have to force myself to eat or to be really hungry.0

Yes, I ignore exercise calories.
I will make sure I eat at least 1200 on a lazy day. Concerning macro's, right now I am still figuring out what works for me - I'm trying to up my protein intake a bit (to 30%, counting in grams is the next step for me but first I want to get used to this).
I love the graphic in mfp that shows your weekly estimate, makes is a lot easier to balance out.
Anyway thanks a lot!0 -
