Does anyone else have extreme weight fluctuations? I can gain 4-9 lbs in 24 hrs according to the scale, is that normal?
So I did the scoobys calculator and there is a HUGE difference between what MFP says I burn, what scoobys says is burned by, and what the elliptical says, which is in the middle. Can anyone help? Feel free to ask anything else that might help with better advice. Thanks!
Any thoughts on the benefits/drawbacks of each one? Brands ratings?
