I'll try and keep this simple... I use mapmyfitness for bike rides and weight lifting excercises, which do sync into MFP for calorie credit....I use Garmin (vivoactive HR) for steps. I can manually duplicate and enter the exercises in Garmin Connect, so when Garmin syncs with MFP it gives me a more accurate calorie…
Sedentary, 2 lbs per week, 1750 calories allowed 1479 eaten, 311 exercise calories..... 4833 steps for minus 220? Other days I do no exercise and less steps and get additional calories from steps. If I burn calories how can I have calories taken away?
