Too much calorie credit from multiple entries?

I'll try and keep this simple... I use mapmyfitness for bike rides and weight lifting excercises, which do sync into MFP for calorie credit....I use Garmin (vivoactive HR) for steps. I can manually duplicate and enter the exercises in Garmin Connect, so when Garmin syncs with MFP it gives me a more accurate calorie adjustment from GC....or should I not duplicate and just let the elevated heart rate and steps logged by GC be the only calorie adjustment to come from Garmin?
