Hip hop abs
Hi has anyone done hip hop abs or similar, did you see any good results for weight loss? Atm I don't fancy the gym, maybe I will when I start feeling fitter, I walk and do zumba atm

hip hop abs /beachbody
At the moment my only exercise is walking and zumba, I like the look of hip hop abs. Has anyone done this dvd, is it any good?? Has anyone done another similar dvd, prefer this type rather than on the floor doing sit ups/press up etc

Argh I am gutted and worried how to progress. I have been weighing myself weekly at my mum's house and appearing to be losing weight and clothes have felt looser, however I bought myself a set of scales today and I'm 8 lbs heavier than I thought, 8 lbs!!!!!! Gutted
