Hi I’m in my late 40s and having a hard time getting back in gear. I gained all the weight back I’d lost. It felt like it was so much easier just a few years ago. Now I’m retired and struggling to even get out of bed. Looking to get back into shape and drop 30lbs.
As of today I am officially declaring victory. I have met my goal of losing 30lbs. While it was difficult and at times I wanted to quit, the real struggle begins today; the new goal for the rest of my life - to maintain my current weight.
