Hi I’m in my late 40s and having a hard time getting back in gear. I gained all the weight back I’d lost. It felt like it was so much easier just a few years ago. Now I’m retired and struggling to even get out of bed. Looking to get back into shape and drop 30lbs.

I'm in my late 50s and doing the same thing. I joined the Fat2Fit Challenge, it's been really helpful. Add me and join if you like. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/114605-fat2fit-weight-loss-challenge-and-support-group0

I’ve yo-yoed all my life. It’s taken 6 years but I’m down 100 and it hasn’t come back. It’s always came back, with friends. Add me as a friend. I’m new and looking for motivation, help, and accountability.0
