I am doing M&S Starting strong program and am on week 4. I have been increasing weight when I hit 12 reps for 3 straight sets. For some exercises I am doing hitting 12 on first set and then 11 or 10 the second and third set Question is should I just increase the weight if I am close to the max # of reps per set
So I am currently on a calorie deficit and cardio 3-5 days a week. I have lost 13 pounds so far but looking to lose another 35-40 more. I have looked into the weight programs posted here ( 5 x 5) and I have seen many times "this will help with weight gain" I know I need to eat MORE calories for a weight gain, my question…
