How do I change macros
I’ve not been on here Ian a bit, so with the new update, I cannot figure out how to change macros. It has my carbs at 50, I want to make that number lower. Where do I go to change that 50 to a 30? Thanks

Help I cant get back on track
No matter how hard i try i cant get back on track. I keep telling myself im going to gain it back if i keep eating. I am making wrong food choices and no matter how much i read, self help stuff., its like im reaching for stuff and before i know it ive rationalize its ok to eat it. But it's not. How do you add meals?
Wasnt sure where to post this. Been trying to add meals but I vant figure out how to add them. I can add recpies but i just wanted to add the meals. Seems much easier then every ingredient individually.

Need Help with exercise app
Hi. I'm new here and am getting very frustrated with this app. The problem is...how do you record your exercise? It doesn't tell you how many calories you are burning . If I type in I took a walk for 30 minutes it then asks how many calories I burned. How am I supposed to know this? Thinking about going back to a notebook…
