Anyone else Post partum?
I'm about 3 1/2 weeks post partum and not cleared to exercise yet but I've been tracking my food to start losing weight. I've lost about 22 pounds so far (gained 55 total in pregnancy) long way to go, especially since a lot of that weight lost was just fluid. Anyone else recently give birth?

Anyone almost done?
I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow and have been eating unhealthy and way more than I needed to this entire time. I want to start healthy habits that I will continue after I give birth so I decided to start tracking again. Anyone else almost at the end of their pregnancy? Even if you're not there yet..lets be friends! :)

new to iifym...how does it work?
Hey everyone. I've successfully lost weight in the past using MFP but I'm prone to binge-ing. I've heard many say IIFYM was their life saver and they no longer binge or feel unhappy all the time trying to lose weight due to restrictions. can anyone give me some insight into how it works? TIA :)

should you eat back burned calories?
If you are set to eat 1500 cals/day and burn 200 calories exercising, should you really consume 1700/day? I've read conflicting things. sometimes I read that you should eat more to keep energy up & refuel your body & sometimes I see people say that negates the purpose of the exercise.
