I have my calories set at 1300, Some days, I'm just NOT hungry. MFP "yelled" at me the other day because I was so far below my count. It's been a good week!
I'm making small changes at first, not trying to do a complete overhaul on everything, so I don't lose my motivation. I'm super excited, I feel great this week!
