My California program has us come in once a week til goal weight then a year after for transition. They weigh and ketosis weekly and scan monthly. Is anyone else on this plan?

I have searched rhe internet. It tells how much is a serving but not how many servings of what and when. I don't want to buy containers, I just want to know the portions? Mostly how much protien I should eat and when. I would like to stay around 1000 calories.
