portion control diet. how many servings of what and when to loose weight?

I have searched rhe internet. It tells how much is a serving but not how many servings of what and when. I don't want to buy containers, I just want to know the portions? Mostly how much protien I should eat and when. I would like to stay around 1000 calories.

A food scale is one of the best tools for figuring out portions. Then you can calculate you calories or macros based on mass.0

As mentioned above, get a food scale and weigh everything you eat. This is much more precise than "guessing " portion sizes0
