Ok, I am currently 290lbs, am keeping cals at 1000-1200, I am 22, and have Insanity Workouts(not currently doing them....) am walking 4 miles each day. I also was thinking of buying P90X specifically for the arms/shoulders/etc workouts? I guess, I am looking for suggestions on the best workout vids/etc for adding weights…
