Frustrated
I have about 100lbs to lose. I set my goal for 2lb/wk loss, and that gives me 1340 calories. I exercise (cardio) anywhere from 3-6 days a week and burn 300-600 cals (using hrm) daily, and I aim for 2 days of strength. I eat from 1050-1700 cals and I weigh everything I eat, mostly staying around 1200. I rarely eat back…
