Calorie Allotment
Hello, I'm looking for advice on how to best use my calories in each day. If I have 1500 per day, how best should I spread them out over breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Do most people try to save a larger amount of calories for the largest meal they eat? Thanks in advance! Julie

When do you see results?
I've been tracking food and exercise for 25 days now. I've pretty much always been under or at my calorie limit, set to see me lose 1 pound per week. I have a FitBit and walk 10000 steps or more per day. I'm not seeing results on the scale. Is this normal? My end of day log keeps telling me in 5 weeks I'll be a a certain…

How does strength training come in to play? I have been logging it but it doesn't seem to have any calories burned listed. New to this so any insight would be appreciated.

Hi all! Does anyone know how to log a TRX class for calories burned? I can't seem to find it in the list of loaded exercises. Thanks in advance!
