How does MFP calculate calories?
Does anyone know how the calories are calculated? I always thought net 1200 was appropriate for an active female, but MFP calculated my daily calories as net 1450...seems to high for weight loss?!

Any tips on how to get my mind off food when I'm not hungry and not bored? Can't stop obsessing over food, what a curse!

Re-setting...AGAIN
Ok, so I only want to lose 5kg, but it's the hardest to shift! I'm disciplined with food & exercise through the week, but my weekends leave me sprinting towards blow out town! Resetting again this week....decided to commit to a 5 week health/fitness program. I'm so determined to get there....wish me luck!
