For years I have yo yo dieted ! For years I have bed nicer weight . Started with this app a year ago lost very little coz im not sticking 2 it . Been on vacation a d have not been to the gym since that was 2 months ago ! Tommrow I'm mAking a change !!!! Sick of being like this !
