What's a good combination of workouts in a typical day at the gym?
Hi, I'm returning to the gym world and I'm wondering if there are any workouts that when combined will get results faster? I used to do the elliptical for 20 mins then weights or the weight machines. Is that still good? Anything to add? Thanks!

Need some input
Hi All! I'm wondering how important it is to go join a gym or if I can go it with stuff I already have. I have an exercise bike, an ab coaster, a few weights. I wonder whether making a commitment to a gym ie paying dues, will get me motivated to get active and therefore lose weight?

Ketogenic plan fail
Hi I used to be on a ketogenic diet but after I was put on Metformin and had suffered side effects I decided to leave the program. However I still want to be on something like the ketogenic program but not so stringently since I think I need more than 40 g carbs a day. Does anyone have any suggestions and comments? Thanks!
